Portrait Image Guidelines
We want your portrait to be the very best it can be. To help with this, we've put together this handy guide which will help you in selecting the most suitable images for your portrait:
• You do not need a professional picture. Phone pictures work great too.
• Non blurry images work best, the higher the image resolution the better the final design and the more detail we can include in your final masterpiece.
• We need to see everyone's faces well, including their eyes, nose, and mouth. They shouldn't be too far away from the camera.
• Photos without filters are preferred.
• Avoid photos taken at night or with dark lighting (large shadows).
Good Example ✅
• Photo taken in daylight hours with minimal shadows
• Clear, high resolution image
Bad Example ❌
• Scanned photo
• Heavy shadows and dark lighting
• Face details are not visible
Bad Example ❌
• Blurred image
• Low resolution
